As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, the Office of the Vice Chancellor & Chief Financial Officer is excited to share a preview of the upcoming 2025-2026 fiscal year-end schedule and related deadlines.
In order to grant you and your teams additional time for fiscal close preparation, these tentative dates are being provided ahead of UCOP releasing the official close calendar. Finalized dates will be shared in the coming weeks.
FYE 25-26 Calendar Preview
Close deadlines were carefully considered and have been adjusted to reflect campus feedback.

NOTE: All calendar dates are tentative, with those in July being more subject to shift.
What to Expect Next:
The 2026 Fiscal Close Memo will be released in May with a complete list of official closing dates and procedures.
At that time, we will also share:

- An invitation to attend a fiscal year-end information session where you’ll have the opportunity to receive live support from department representatives.
