When we announced the Concur Expansion, we promised streamlined support and increased inquiry transparency. We’re making this a reality with our fourth expansion pack: the UCLA Finance Support Portal.
Launching September 1
This new tool will offer an enhanced support experience for the following areas:
- Travel Accounting
 - Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Card
 - Procurement Card (PCard)
 - Non-Travel & Non-Entertainment (Non-T&E) Reimbursements
 
What Does This Mean?
With this transition, you can expect a case management system dedicated to helping you. It includes:
- Self-Service Articles: Get immediate answers without having to open a case.
 - Case Feeds: Track the status of your cases and receive progress updates.
 - Case History: Easily access your closed cases and their resolution journeys.
 - Analytics: Case trends will inform future articles and training materials.

NOTE: Once we launch, emails sent to the current support inboxes (travelacct@finance.ucla.edu; travelcard@finance.ucla.edu; pcard@finance.ucla.edu; non-te-reimbursements@finance.ucla.edu) will automatically generate cases.
